A boutique-quality 5-watt hand-wired tribute to the legendary "5F1" tweed champ. Named the "Conqueror" in honor of Muddy Waters, who sings about Johnny the Conqueror, a folk hero of Hoodoo tradition, in his seminal "Hoochie Coochie Man". This faithful classic summons the tweedy glory of the original “5F1” and adds a passive attenuator, delivering that sweet tweed breakup everyone loves at whisper volumes.

This single channel classic features volume and tone controls with a tube compliment of (1) 12AX7 preamp tube, (1) 6V6 power tube and a 7-pin miniature 6z4 rectifier to deliver the classic low-wattage tweed tones not available in modern designs that utilize solid state rectifiers.

The Conqueror is enclosed in a handsome Spanish Cedar and Palo Mora Cabinet with removable front grill. Loaded with our 12" Aged V30 driver as standard or with our modern tribute to the classic 1950s Alnico Drivers, the British Fauxnico Series - in Bright or Mellow. Stunning Palo Mora tonewood baffle or wood panel. Available as standard in Ivory White / Graphite, and special editions of Purpleheart and Emerald.

We do not supply a return shipping label. • RMA numbers must be clearly written on the shipping label. Any package sent back without a clearly visible RMA may be refused. • Returned merchandise MUST be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the RMA, come back undamaged, unregistered, and in the same condition that it was shipped out. If it does not meet these requirements the item may be refused. • A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany returned merchandise along with ALL original packaging, paperwork, accessories, etc. • Any items not conforming to this policy will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. • Refunds will be issued minus ALL shipping fees, Credit Card fees (6% for Visa, MC, Discover, PayPal; 20% for AMEX) and a standard 10% restocking fee. • Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion for an in store credit or exchanges for items in stock.
