The perfect guitar if you're looking for versatility, beauty and tone. With 24 frets, very varied sounds from the different pickup settings, as well as a very comfortable, fast playing neck, you'll fall in love with how this guitar feels and plays. The tone is rich while maintaining a very biting, aggressive top end. Factor in the gorgeous figured maple top and you can be sure you'll get compliments on the tone and looks of this beauty!
The Custom 24 is the quintessential PRS guitar. This iconic instrument was the first model that Paul Reed Smith brought to the public at PRS Guitars’ first Winter NAMM show in 1985 and has been a top seller ever since.
For 2015, the Custom 24 features PRS’s patented tremolo system, six new maple top colors (Aquableux, Blood Orange, Faded Whale Blue, Leprechaun Tooth, Obsidian, and Violet), a rosewood headstock veneer with inlaid “Paul Reed Smith” signature, and the choice of PRS’s 59/09 treble and bass pickups or HFS treble and Vintage Bass pickups.
