2001 Paul Reed Smith Singlecut Sunburst

Summary: This is a beautiful single cut Paul Reed Smith guitar in fantastic condition. Between the gorgeous flame maple top to the famed soaring bird inlays, this professional grade instrument carries the combination of classic/modern looks, sustain, and playability that PRS guitars are praised for.

Body: Mahogany body with flame maple top, belly contour, natural maple binding, beveled cutaway.

Neck: C shaped mahogany neck with an unbound rosewood fretboard, 22 frets & abalone bird inlays. Nut width-1 11/16” Scale length-25”.

Pickups/Hardware: Two Humbuckers with individual volume and tone knobs and a three way toggle. Solid wrap around bridge for optimal sustain. Vintage style green keystone button tuning machines.

Cosmetics: This guitar has some picking scratches on the top and a little buckle rash on the back but nothing too major. It has some small chips in the finish on the back near the neck joint and one chip on the bass side of the headstock on one of the points. The frets have a ton of height left in them but do show some small signs of play wear. The wear is minor and does not hinder its playability.

Playability: This instrument has low action and is such a joy to play. It has been set up and restrung with a new set of 10’s by our in-house luthier.
