Description

Summary: This Peavey was built in the USA in 1982, has a perfectly straight neck that plays like a dream with very low action and 2 powerful humbucker pickups with out-of-phase switch! It is in great shape and ships in its original hardshell case which is missing the foam.

Body: Solid ash body with thin natural finish and belly and arm contours.

Neck: The bolt on maple neck has a 34” scale length and 1 11/16” width as well as a neck tilt adjustment screw.

Pickups/Hardware: It has 2 humbuckers, 2 volumes, 2 tones, 3 way toggle, out-of-phase switch chrome tuners and heavy duty Peavey bridge.

Cosmetics: This bass is in excellent shape for its age with just a few dings around the edges of the fingerboard and some black marks on the back from the case which can be cleaned off with a little elbow grease. There are a few pick scratches on the pickguard and a few minor scuffs on the body.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected and setup this bass. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out.

Weight: 11 lbs, 15 oz.

Case: This Peavey comes with the original case although the padding is missing, we will ship it professionally packed and fully insured!
