Replay Guitar Exchange has always embraced both bolt-on and glued-in necks on the guitars we offer. The snap and response from a bolt-on neck guitar has contrasted with the warmth and sustain of a glued-in neck maple top/mahogany body guitar since the beginning of rock and roll. Now, after nearly a decade, PRS returns with the CE 24, with its bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard combined with a maple top/mahogany body. The neck sports a Pattern Thin carve and satin nitro finish, while PRS 85/15 pickups designed to have remarkable clarity and extended high and low end are employed. The electronics consist of a volume and push/pull tone control with 3-way toggle switch for a total of six classic sounds. The original CE was introduced in 1988 and offered players PRS design and quality with the added snap and sparkle of traditional bolt-on guitars. Returning after nearly a decade of being out of the lineup, the CE 24 is back and better than ever, and Replay is thrilled to be able to offer these guitars to you. This particular beauty has a wonderful dark cherry sunburst and comes with a gig bag. Reach out to Replay Guitar via chat, email or phone, and one of our experts will gladly help with any questions.
