Periphery is a band I listen to when I want to get motivated to undergo a task. It's the same with Meshuggah and I get a strong, progressive, and aggressive mindset when either band is doing its thing. It's great stuff and ought to be played loudly before every high school football game in the nation. The winners of those games will have had good reason to knock somebody's helmet off...
I don't think it's necessary to regurgitate the features of this guitar. The guys who know already know, but I will testify to this: I plugged this bad boy up here in the house rig and it is one of the most aggressive-sounding, clear and articulate guitars in the shop. The high notes are crisp and clear, while the low end is... well, let's just say that the words "freight train" immediately come to mind. The attack on this thing is virtually unmatched and the cherry on top of the proverbial cake is it weighs in at 7 lbs, 5 oz.
This SE is is very clean condition and comes from our tech's personal collection. It has been maintained and set up for optimal performance and he's quite picky about the guitars he plays, so this one is a true thrasher. There are a few very light angel hair swirls on the back, but it comes with the curse of being a gloss black guitar. The plastic is still on the rear electronics cover and the accessories are included with the original padded gigbag.
