This Paul Reed Smith Signature Series double-cutaway from 1991 is #875 out of only 1000 produced - and guitars like this are getting harder and harder to find. It features an extremely figured Burled Maple top with Mahogany back and sides, and is incredibly lightweight - and if you know PRS, then you know these guitars have sustain for days and unrelenting playability. Here with a set, one-piece Mahogany neck and a Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard, it's a fast and comfortable player, and the frets are clean and smooth. It has a 25"" scale length and 1 11/16"" nut width. Loaded with a pair of humbuckers, you get a versatile rocker that sounds great playing rhythm or lead, whether you want to chugga chugga through some riffs or shred down its 24 frets. Plus you get added control with its two-way Sweet switch - basically a built-in low-pass filter - and a five-way rotator pickup selector. It's finished off with a PRS Tremolo bridge and Cam-style locking tuners. Here in Excellent condition, it has little playwear and only a couple very minimal dings to its body. This used Paul Reed Smith Signature Series won't be around long, and is only getting more difficult to find. Includes original hardshell case.
