From 1959 to 2020 — the Custom Shop model Gibson 60th Anniversary Les Paul R9 Reissue celebrates the best of the best from Gibson's past and brings it to the modern stage with style, power and vintage-accurate craftsmanship. Masterfully-built in America, this Les Paul features a Cherry Sunburst lacquer finish with a cream pickguard and nickel hardware.
This anniversary model comes packed with a plethora of invigorating tonewoods, starting with a two-piece figured maple top on a one-piece mahogany solidbody, complete with a medium C-profile mahogany neck hosting an Indian rosewood fingerboard adorned with twenty-two medium jumbo-sized frets. The dual Custombuckers installed rip out a killer Gibson vintage voice, set up using the dual volume and dual tone controls, along with a three-way toggle switch.
This guitar is in Excellent condition, as there a few very tiny cosmetic issues such as a small dent visible on the back, along with some minor play-wear, but otherwise absolutely no issues to point out at all. There is an estimated 95% of fret life remaining.
