The Recording King A-104 was made by Gibson alongside the ES-150 known as the Charlie Christian model. The two models are very similar in construction with the primary difference being the placement of the controls. They use essentially the same wonderful sounding pickup, although the edges on the Recording King model are rounded instead of hexagonal. This example shows play wear but it is in very nice shape for its age with no major structural damage. It looks like someone removed the "Roy Smeck" stencil from the headstock. It is all original except for the tone pot. The guitar has been pro-setup in our store and plays great. It comes with the original case.

Guitars are shipped by Fedex ground unless other arrangements are made. Guitars are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

We offer a 48 hour no questions asked return policy. If you don't like it, just send it back and we will issue a refund. We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a credit card there is a 5% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
