Description

Information on these Regenberg guitars is pretty scarce as the company no longer exists. What we do know is Regenberg was a subsidiary company of the US Masters brand and all of their guitars were built to order from their factory in Wisconsin. The companies claim to fame is their "Maple Core" neck which means there is a chunk of maple that surrounds the truss rod in the middle of the neck which is suppose to help with stability, durability, and makes the guitar brighter.

The body is made of mahogany and the fretboard is ebony. Regenberg offered a slew of different pickup options on their guitars at different times. This particular guitar is loaded with a Kent Armstrong 6 Shooter PAF (Vintage C) in the neck and a Kent Armstrong Rocker Hot Rod Vintage (WPUJBC) in the bridge.

It plays and sounds great. It comes with a non-original SKB hard case made for the SG shape.
