This one is an early example made with a Clear Lucite finish (like the Dan Armstrong guitars), its rosewood fingerboard had a nicely figured Maple neck that looked like it was a very boutique custom made guitar, production commenced in 1978 & had active circuitry with DiMarzio pickups, they were also offered in Smokey Grey and Black Plexi finish, these are extremely hard to find as the later model guitar & bass did not have the same super sharp cutaway design as these early models, Schaller tuners werestandard & kept her in tune quite well, 1 of only 5-6 of this 1st issue ever produced, a great investment it certainly is, she is completely original & near mint overall & comes with her rare black tolex/bluelined case.
