Trained in Spain, Sumio Kurosawa is still one of the top kuragi makers in Japan.
He still makes almost all of his instruments custom-made for each individual player.

This time we would like to introduce a pine/Hakaranda made in 1993.
This guitar has a spruce/Hakaranda body and was made by Sumio Kurosawa, who knows all about gut guitars.
The rosette and inlaid trim give the guitar a high-class look.
The body side and the inside of the body are not only made of a single piece of wood, but the same wood as the bracing is used to prevent cracks.
The deep and sweet low frequency range is so sweet that the small size of the body does not bother the ear at all.
It is very rare to be able to introduce a high quality piece like this.
