1966 Rickenbacker 330/12 Fireglo
Rickenbacker 1966 330/12
The "330/12" is a 12-string model of the "330" with a non-binding body and dot position marks.
The fireglow finish has a beautiful gradation of reddish hues, and the thin layer of paint gives it a vintage appearance.
The nut and switch have been replaced, but the other parts are original.
The pots are dated 40th week of 1966 and the pickups are equipped with two Toaster pickups.
The paint on the back of the head is wrinkled and floated, there are several dents and paint peeling around the 2nd and 4th frets on the neck grip, a noticeable scratch on the 6-string horn on the body back, some paint peeling and floating on the fingerboard surface, and other minor dings throughout, all in reasonable condition for its age.
The frets have been rubbed together and are not dented, with approximately 60% remaining, and there are no problems with the condition of the neck and truss rod.
