September of 1965 Rickenbacker 360 electric guitar in beautiful MAPLEGLO FINISH - with newer silver Rick hardshell case - serial number EI723 - in excellent overall condition. This vintage Ric is a super nice example, and a wonderful player, too. This guitar was professionally refretted with jumbo frets, which makes this the perfect Ric for the player who will dig its slightly 'gibson' feeling vibe due to the larger frets. Bends are a breeze, and the overall effect is that this 360 can offer easier single note lines to the player. The refret also resulted in the clear lacquer being removed from the rosewood fingerboard, so this 'board feels more like a standard gibson board without the paint. Kind of a nice thing. All other parts and electronics are stock and original. Great chime, and great kick with these pickups. Classic Petty tones - with some nice Smithereens nuts. Cosmetically, she is in really really nice shape. You will find some light scratches on the back side - and a few on the front - but that is about it. Very clean condition for a FIFTY YEAR OLD GUITAR! And the Natural finish is killer. Please call 859-261-5500 for an in hand description, more photos available. Thanks.
