Description

We don’t see these every day here at the shop, so we’re glad to have this incredible 1973 Rickenbacker 4001 in BurgundyGlo! Many famous players have used the 4001 as their primary instrument, such as Geddy Lee, Lemmy Kilmister, and even Paul McCartney with both the Beatles and Wings. This particular example was played throughout its life and is still playing and sounding great! It features checkerboard binding, wavy back Grover tuners, a “Horseshoe” pickup at the bridge, and a toaster pickup at the neck. So if you’re looking for an all-around great bass, this is the one!

Overall Condition: 7.5, general wear throughout the bass, swirling and some dings
