~2006 Rickenbacker 730L Laramie Black / Jetglo

Rarer than hens teeth.
I’ve only seen a couple of these & this is the only black one I’ve seen.
Rumored to be only 40 or so ever produced (all finishes included).
This example is outstanding on all levels.
Sounds like a mixture of a Martin & Gibson, retaining the Martin low end & high end with the unmistakable Gibson mids.
Jetglo(black) finish with checkerboard body & soundhole binding.
Rosewood board with crushed pearl inlays.
Nice 50’s profile neck with a measurement of .91 at the 1st fret & .94 at the 12th.
Nut width 1.79.
This one has been played a bit (as it should ) and shows a bit of wear on the frets and fretboard in the “cowboy chord “ position, as well as a small area of pick wear in the front.
None of this needs attention or detracts from the Sonic , playability or cosmetic aspect of this guitar.
Neck is straight as an arrow. Dual truss rods function as they should.
Action is factory spec medium low with lots of saddle left.
Ric acoustic s/n’ s do not follow the plate decoding method, so this is a 96 or 2006.
Doesn’t matter because there are so few of them.
Comes with the original hardshell & case candy.
