The S120 -212 (aka Twin Killer) is an all tube 2 channel stereo 120 watt amp with on-board stereo chorus (from back when that mattered).
It's got an amazing clean channel, amazing reverb (like all Riveras) and killer overdrive channel.
Can be VERY loud and clean but it also sounds great at a low level too. It's low power switch brings in down to 60 watts and the Rivera pioneered "triode-pentode" switch drops it to 30 watts. A serious professional guitar amp.
The S-120-212 features two independent preamp channels, each with its own distinct sonic signature. A 2 x 60 W Power Amp, Stereo Chorus and a Stereo Effects Loop with Level controls complement the outstanding preamp controls.
These full-featured amps are hand-built and hand wired (not point-to-point) with such exotic materials as silver plated Teflon insulated wire, Switchcraft jacks, enormous power and output transformers.
Metal Grille, True Stereo Chorus, Spring reverb, Ninja Boost (extra gain on the clean channel), Slave Master, Tube driven effects loop with send and return level controls, and more.
