The volume level is turned all the way down, but the sound is still low. Push in the lever on the top handle to release the lock and disassemble the main unit to the left or right. When from the disassembled state, combine the left and right metal fitting parts, pull the lever upward, and engage it firmly until it locks. (Please handle with care.)
