An incredible specification by even contemporary standards, the Jupiter 6 sounds tremendous and will add distinction and quality to any recording. This instrument has been recently serviced, one of the CEM3340 oscillator ICs was replaced and the unit was fully calibrated. Overall, there is some discoloration to the knobs, scratches and adhesive marks around the case. Unfortunately there is a nasty gouge under the dash of the Jupeter-6 logo, visible in the photos. Other than that, this synth sounds fantastic and all the keys and controls still feel very solid.
