Replay Guitar Exchange is honored to offer the Sadowsky Deluxe Satin Series Verdine White Signature 5-21 5-string electric bass guitar, complete in a tasteful '59 Burst color with chrome hardware. Verdine, the bassist for Earth, Wind & Fire, has been a Sadowsky artist for over twenty years. Based on Verdine's first Sadowsky bass, this addition to the NYC Satin Series has an undersized J-style body made of chambered ash and a stunning flame maple top, with a J-Bass width neck of a C-profile made of maple — topped of by a smooth morado fingerboard.
This masterful bass is loaded with a pair of grooving and thumping Sadowsky-made single-coil and split-coil pickups, installed in a PJ configuration, and extremely customizable — with a push/pull control and a stacked EQ option for a ton of tonal variety. This bass comes complete with all the funk and taste that you desire in a Verdine White signature model — ready to set a groove at your gigs that will make dancing irresistible.
The Verdine White Signature Bass is a tribute to Verdine's late brother, Maurice White, and a portion of the proceeds from each bass will be donated to the non-profit Verdine White Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles, California. The Center's purpose is to assist musically talented students living in underserved communities. The Center provides scholarships, music lessons, and instruments.
