SOLD 2006 Santa Cruz Vintage Jumbo

This guitar has been in our picking circle since new. Well cared for with only a few minor dings and a wee bit of hardly noticeable finish float up in front of the bridge that is very minor .... otherwise a very clean great sounding professionally set up "played in" example.

The VJ's Sitka Spruce top is braced and voiced for volume and the body is built with premium Mahogany for clarity of tone. The balance favors the bass to the degree found in the originals. The Vintage Jumbo is the ideal modern era Blues guitar. Inspired by the classic round-shouldered dreadnoughts of the 1940′s, infused with the characteristic Santa Cruz volume, balance and complexity to create a guitar that can cover a lot of different styles. The VJ is dripping with the kind of deep, rich bass and sweet trebles that really shine in chord-oriented work.
This example really is an affordable option compared to new.
