This is the only example we have ever seen & has got to be one of the very rarest Arch Top guitars ever produced, believed to have been produced by the Kay Guitar Company, its Blonde finish has a beautiful yellowed patina that only a guitar 60 years old could emulate, its one of the most ornate guitars we have ever owned, its spruce top is quite colorful & grainy, it has fantastic triple layered black & white checkerboard binding on every edge of its body front & back, it has S-shaped “F” holes bound w/checkerboard w/an abalone & pearl inlaid wooden pickgard, it has a nice fat 5-piece maple neck, its headstock & ebony fingerboard are also inlaid with abalone & pearl ribbons as well as being completely checkerboard bound, its closed back gold tuners are very well designed as well as its fancy gold tailpiece (now being repaired as we speak), even its "floating" 3-piece wooden bridge is a piece of deco artwork, this is the only example we have ever encountered & may be the only one left, it is excellent overall having no cracks or repairs ever, it is a 1 of a kind Jazz Guitar that will enhance any great guitar collection, comes with its nice brown tolex Lifton hard case.
