Seymour Duncan is synonymous with replacement pickups. Seymour Duncan is a brand that bears its own name in Japan.BassSeymour Duncan is a famous guitar/pickup manufacturer in Japan, and is still very popular even though it is now out of production.
This guitar was once converted to an active PJ type, with an extended front pickup counterbore and an additional battery box on the back of the body.
The pickups were converted to the original at our store. Now it is passive type. The extended counterweight is under the pickguard, so it is not visible from the outside.
Alder body with rosewood fretboard gives a nice sticky sound.
The bridge is equipped with GOTOH's J510SJ-4.
Basically, the sound trend is 60s, but the low to mid range is deep and clear. A very easy-to-handle jazz that is clear but not crisp in the treble range.Basssound!
Although there are a lot of modification marks, it is a royal road jazz sound.Basssound and clearer than Fender!
