NS-2A with through-neck design!
The NS was born from the collaboration of instrument craftsman Stuart Spector and furniture craftsman Ned Steinberger, and its ergonomically shaped body with its characteristic curved shape is known for its extremely comfortable fit and high playing performance.
The NS-2A was Spector's first non-USA made bass, and was manufactured in Korea from 1986 to 1991.
Both the body/neck are made of maple wood with a through-neck design and are equipped with Spector's original PJ pickups.
Controls are 2Vol/2Band EQ.
The NS-2A has the sustain characteristic of a through-neck, and the compact body makes it highly playable.
Compared to models equipped with EMG PUs, the NS-2A has a warm, fat sound impression!
