This is a most unusual find, a 12-string guitar tailpiece from the 1920s or maybe earlier for a flat-top guitar. Possibly from an original Stella twelve, it has four mounting-screw holes and twelve holes in front for the strings. Nickel-plated with lots of patina, should clean up nicely, or may well best be left alone for its very authentic look. $100
