The JP50 and JP60 electric guitars have a comfortable, lightweight basswood body with a custom-contoured forearm cut that offers greater comfort and accuracy for the picking hand. The maple neck has a thin, Petrucci-style profile for super fast playing and a rosewood fingerboard that has 24-frets. Dual high-output pickups have great tone and sustain, while the Music Man-designed modern tremolo bridge and locking tuners let you dive-bomb without fear of losing pitch.
The JP100 John Petrucci Signature is a modern shredders dream guitar that offers classy appointments with sleek modern styling. The PJ100 is based on the "Ball Family Reserve" JP6 with a slightly larger basswood body has a scooped forearm contour and is capped with a figured, quilted maple top. Shred-friendly features include 24 medium-jumbo frets on an easy-access maple neck with rosewood fretboard, a Sterling® Modern Trem bridge,locking tuners, and two Sterling® HI-output humbuckers.
