We ship to all lower 48 States and shipping charges for items will be based on a rate from Georgia to California. We are happy to work with your exact address to see if shipping costs might be reduced. Shipping charges to Alaska and Hawaii will vary, and we will need an address to find the accurate charge for that. Similarly, international shipping (Cananda, Mexico, points east and points west) will all require an exact address to determine the cost of shipping. Boutique Guitar Exchange, we appreciate your business and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 48 Hour Return Policy on standard purchases for new items. • In the event a return or exchange is necessary, you must contact us within 48 hours from the time you receive your item to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return shipping instructions. • All return shipments are paid by the sender. We do not supply a return shipping label. • RMA numbers must be clearly written on the shipping label. Any package sent back without a clearly visible RMA may be refused. • Returned merchandise MUST be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the RMA, come back undamaged, unregistered, and in the same condition that it was shipped out. If it does not meet these requirements the item may be refused. • A copy of the original sales receipt must accompany returned merchandise along with ALL original packaging, paperwork, accessories, etc. • Any items not conforming to this policy will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. • Refunds will be issued minus ALL shipping fees, Credit Card fees (6% for Visa, MC, Discover, PayPal; 20% for AMEX) and a standard 10% restocking fee. • Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion for an in store credit or exchanges for items in stock.
