Description

If you like your guitar necks large as I do, then read on, as this guitar has one of the largest necks I've ever encountered on an electric guitar! Offered is this near mint Suhr Classic S (this is not one of the lesser Classic Pro or Classic Antique models) built in 2005. This incredible guitar has: an Alder body with a flawless Ocean Turquoise finish (looks blue in some light and green in others) and a total guitar weight of 7.6 pounds (7 pounds, 9 ounces); a Maple neck with a HUGE d-shape and depth measurements 1.0" all the way up the neck; a gorgeous, dark Rosewood fretboard with a 10 - 14" compound radius, clay dots; a 1.650" nut and heavy gauge stainless steel frets; and for electronics, three Suhr V60LP single coils with VTT, five-way switching and Suhr's first version of the Silent Single Coil system. As with most Suhr guitars, this one almost plays itself and the build quality and tone are superb. The neck carve is incredible and will appeal to players who love the necks found on vintage Nocasters and LPR8's. While built in 2005, the condition of this instrument is incredibly close to new with virtually nothing in the way of cosmetic wear. The frets show no wear as well. It comes with it's similarly mint (although not original) Suhr/G&G case, the trem arm and spec sheet. A high quality, large neck S-style guitar in superb condition at a great price. Make it yours.....
