Offered is this near mint Suhr Classic S built in 2007. This is one of the highly sought-after previous generation models, not one of the current Classic Pro or Classic Antique models
This awesome Suhr has: an Alder body with a 3/16" quilt Maple top and a two-tone sunburst finish and a total weight of just 7.5 pounds; a smooth, satin-finished Maple neck with a nice chunky C-shape and depth measurements (per my calipers) of .842" at the first fret and .963" at the twelfth fret: a gorgeous, dark Rosewood fretboard with a 9 - 12" compound radius, clay dots; a 1.650" nut and medium nickel alloy frets; a vintage style trem bridge with drop-in arm; Gotoh Kluson split shaft tuners; and for electronics, three Suhr V60LP single coils (6.3 ohms for the neck and middle and 7.2 ohms for the bridge) with VTT , five-way switching and a push/push switch on the top tone control to add the bridge pickup on demand.
This guitar almost plays itself and it is setup perfectly (for my tastes) with a new set of Elixir Nano 10's. The smooth, non-tacky finish on the neck feels fabulous. The build quality is impeccable and the gorgeous quilt Maple top is a very nice upgrade. The tone is superb and the push/push switch gives you additional tone options which you don't typically get with just a five-way. Please check out the brief sound sample provided.
While built in 2007, this guitar shows virtually zero wear. I hesitate to call used instruments "mint" but this guitar is about as close as you can get. Even the pickguard and frets are flawless. It comes in it's similarly mint G&G case, with the trem arm, tools, spec sheet and fretboard protector.

Shipping to Continental US addresses is via FedEx Ground, with flat rate shipping of $60 to Eastern time zones, $70 Central and $80 Mountain/Pacific. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $100. Refunds of the original purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee may be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Exchanges within one (1) week of the original date of purchase may be made for an item of equal or greater value at the discretion of Capital Guitars. Where permitted herein, items must be promptly returned at the buyer's expense, in the same condition as received with all accessories and paperwork included.
