This unique Suhr was custom ordered with a "Nashville" Tele style pickup configuration.
The V shaped neck feels absolutely perfect. On the spec sheet it is described as a "56 Big V .880-.908 Not too big", which sounds to me like a quote from the person ordering the guitar.
The body is ash, and the guitar weighs just 7lb 1.8oz. It is so comfortable to play and provides that resonant ring that we all look for.
The guitar is in nearly perfect condition, emerging from a collection where it hid and was seldom played for the last 22 years.
The headstock is signed by John Suhr and the neck pocket by Kenny Gin, Suhr's "Master Builder". It is just the 357th guitar out of the Suhr shop, hand numbered on the headstock and noted on the spec sheet.
There is a push/pull pot that allows for combination of the bridge and neck pickups. You can get every sound out of this axe.
