Takamine EG-333C Amber Burst with Hardshell Case

Summary: The quilted ash top back and sides on this Takamine are stunning and the amber-burst gloss finish really makes it pop! Our in-house guitar tech has just set this guitar up with a new set of 12s and it is playing great with low action. The guitar is in excellent shape, the onboard TP-4 pickup is working and sounding great and it ships in a nice hard-shell case.

Body: Dreadnaught body with cutaway, figured ash top, back and sides with a gloss amber burst finish. Fully bound top & back with abalone purfling.

Neck: Glossed finish mahogany neck with a bound rosewood fingerboard, abalone dot inlays, 20 frets, 1 11/16” nut width, 25.5” scale length. The headstock has a beautiful figured ash overlay.

Pickups/Hardware: Onboard TP-4 pickup with 3 band EQ & a gain knob. All gold hardware, Takamine closed back tuning machines, rosewood bridge, gold strap button & gold input jack/button.

Cosmetics: This instrument is in excellent used condition with only slight pick scratches on the pickguard. One small ding on the fingerboard by the 4th fret but it doesn’t affect playability. Back is totally beautifully figured quilted ash & there are very few signs of wear or play.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 12s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functioning and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out.
