Description

8.9 of 10 Condition (an area of finish has flaked off the headstock over the logo other than that it would be 9.9 condition showing only a few very small superficial scratches, perfect playing and structural condition)
The Taylor 510ce acoustic-electric guitar is your passport to big, warm tone, stunning visuals, and fluid playability. The 510ce serves up an inimitable sonic potion, giving you that warm mahogany Dreadnought bottom, with mid-high sparkle and detail courtesy of a solid Sitka spruce top, forward-shifted bracing, and an ebony fingerboard. Fishman's Prefix electronics faithfully amplify that great sound, so you'll sound as great onstage as you do unplugged. If you've been looking for a premium Dreadnought you can fall in love with, look no further than the Taylor 510ce.

Taylor's take on the Dreadnought
Bob Taylor started his acoustic guitar business with the popular Dreadnought and Jumbo body styles. The Taylor 510ce represents Bob's take on the Dreadnought. It's a cannon, with massive volume and bass, and if you dig in, you'll elicit a gutsy growl without upsetting the sonic balance. Bob also worked his magic on the Dreadnought's traditional boxy shape, imparting slightly more slope to the shoulders and a tad more curves overall. The result is a Dreadnought you'll love for its sound, looks, and feel.

Superb Taylor gloss finish
The lustrous gloss finish on the 510ce was developed at Taylor for maximum durability and resistance to cold-checking. This ultraviolet-cured finish is also more environmentally friendly than traditional lacquer finishes.
Another cool thing about this particular guitar is that it has a drop D tuner added to the low E string so you can switch to drop D tuning with the flick of a finger.
