This Taylor 526ce is a sweet player that brings together tradition and modern playability into one great and versatile guitar. The solid Mahogany top, back and sides combined with the Grand Symphony body shape give you a nice, full low end with focused mids and good projection. Modern players will appreciate the gentle Venetian cutaway and Taylor ES2 behind the saddle electronics that ensure true tone when you're playing out. The old school Century fretboard inlay speaks to tradition, as do appointments like the the modest yet elegant ivoroid neck binding and heel cap. This 526 is great for many styles of music, but old-time and blues players in particular favor this guitar for it's great tonal depth. This has a generous 16 1/4 inch lower bout, a comfortable 1 3/4 inch nutwidth and satin finished neck. Excellent player and one you'll want in your hands all the time.
