2006 Taylor Grand Symphony Rosewood Acoustic with its Original Hard-Shell Case. 1 Owner with no play time to speak of. The only thing that prevents this instrument from being in Mint Condition is a small ding by the 15th fret on the top bass side. The Jumbo body provides all the Bass Response you can desire. The Bass and Midrange tones balance beautifully against the Brightness of the high strings. The neck is slim yet extremely comfortable to move around the fretboard. The woods selected are magnificently grained while the Abalone Sound Hole Rosette only enhance its cosmetic beauty.

A few players to employ the Grand Symphony are Eric Johnson and Trey Hensley. What makes this guitar special: 2006 marked Taylor’s introduction of the Grand Symphony model, a model that would defy the conventional dreadnought thought process, and usher in a new era of success for the company. This 2006 GS Rosewood model marks the first year of production for these models, before they would go on to be called the GS8, and ultimately the 16 series. This particular piece is in remarkable condition, and appears to have been case kept for most of its life.
