The Taylor GS5 is a beautifully appointed, meticulously constructed and elegantly understated guitar. The pale abalone rosette and ivoroid binding are set beautifully against the western red cedar top; and the back, neck and sides are finished in a deep red mahogany that contrasts just perfectly. This is a simply stunning guitar.

With its Grand Symphony body, cedar and mahogany tone woods, and Taylor's light bracing designs, the GS5 has an open, resonant, deep, rich, and woody tonality with a little sparkle in the upper end to nicely accentuate your playing. It is well balanced, articulate, and hugely versatile.

Originally custom ordered with upgraded bone nut and saddle as well as Gotoh 510 tuning machines, the guitar is factory stock and in nearly unplayed condition. Set up is perfect, frets are largely unworn, and the finish is perfect.

1-3/4 nut, 25.5” scale, bound ebony fingerboard, rosewood headstock overlay with pearl inlay, gloss finished body and headstock, satin neck.

With deluxe hardshell case
