Taylor B.♭Custom Shop Series (Limited Edition) 150mm two-piece red brass bell. Mouthpiece receiver and reed pipe machined in one piece. Lead pipe yellow brass and nickel silver. Sharp shaped main tuning tube,Water-keyless design.Brushed finish. Brushed finish. Low brass. Instrument weight 1261 grams. No case. Body only; made in 2018.

[CONDITION]
No dents or repairs. Low brass (unlacquered), but only dotted with discoloration in the form of dots and sliver marks on the bell flares. There is no rust or corrosion, and it is well covered with oxide film. The inside of the tube has been cleaned, replaced with a soft mono, and adjusted for maintenance.

[Features]
Limited series made by British trumpet maker Andy Taylor. Based on the Starship series, which features a sharply bent main tuning and bell bow, a 150mm big bell with the thickest bell bow in Taylor's history was produced. The extra-thick bell bow is hand-bent at an acute angle, a feat of artistry. The pistons are neither the Bauerfeind pistons of the past nor the recent Hoxson pistons, but Getzen pistons. The light and noiseless touch of the Getzen pistons is very pleasing to the ear. Although the bell is large and thick, the response is surprisingly fast and stable throughout the entire range. The range of tones is large, from the dark and fat sound of the Balladeer Bell, as its nickname suggests, to the powerful, cross-dominant sound of a big bell. It is a gem with a high degree of perfection and full of individuality.
