This upgraded Taylor 812ce Brazilian features glorious Brazilian Rosewood for its back and sides, and a solid Sitka Spruce top for a guitar that will have you basking in its incredible clarity and dynamic response. As part of Taylor's reformulation of the brand's flagship line, this 812ce is stacked with tone-improving refinements across the board. The Grand Concert body style features enhanced mids, bolder highs, and even more volume, thanks to the improved Advanced Performance bracing and relief rout. Add in the Brazilian Rosewood, and you have a veritable acoustic juggernaut that sounds phenomenal regardless of how you play it. And thanks to Taylor's Expression System 2, all of the improvements will be heard just as they're intended, regardless of whether you're plugged in. It also has a Venetian cutaway for easy access to the upper frets, and the slightly shorter 24 7/8"" scale length makes it effortless to play. Loaded with gorgeous appointments, this 812ce is hard to miss. It has an Abalone rosette outlined in Rosewood, as well as a Rosewood pickguard, .08"" Maple binding, Taylor's Element inlays along the Ebony fretboard, and Abalone dots to its Ebony bridge. A Tropical Mahogany neck and heel round out its construction. The Taylor 812ce Brazilian is an absolute workhorse of a guitar, equally superb onstage, the couch, or in the studio, and is a great size for all players.
