Summary: The Tom Anderson “Angel” is a gorgeous exotic wood-topped guitar with a unique Angel body silhouette for easy access to the upper-most frets and beautifully balanced play ability with comfortably sculpted front and back contours. For those of you who know Anderson Guitarworks, think of the Angel as a Drop Top with a full two-octave range. But that is just the beginning. Completely designed and aligned from the ground up to be a 24 fret "angel" of a guitar with unparalleled abilities. We gorgeously reshaped and balanced the body to allow extended access to the upper frets, via the deeper cut-aways and longer horns. This guitar color is called the “Atlantic Storm with binding”.

Body: Solid body electric guitar with a quilted maple top on a basswood body.

Neck: Maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. This instrument has a traditional scale length of 25.5” and a nut width of 1 11/16”. This has a black headstock & the neck has a natural satin finish. This guitar has jumbo frets & an “Even-taper” back shape on the neck.

Pickups/Hardware: This guitar features the “Buzz Fenton” tuning system, black hardware with the sunken Floyd Rose, locking nut, split shaft tuners. The pickups are an H1, SC1 and an H3 with a 5-way switch and splitter switching.

Cosmetics: This instrument is in great shape – there are a few light scratches on the back but overall this guitar looks great with no major dings or dents.

Playability: This guitar plays great – we have the instrument set up with 10’s and it plays with no dead spots & no buzzing. The action is low & this instrument is ready to be loved and played.
