1990 Velazquez classical guitar in excellent condition. Guitar luthier Manuel Velazquez was born in Puerto Rico, and set up shop in NYC in 1941. Since then Velazquez produced the finest classical guitars, and perhaps was the greatest American luthier to build in the European tradition. Tone is robust and beautiful. This features German spruce top with Brazilian rosewood back and sides. Ebony fingerboard, and fan bracing with a bar under the bridge. Perfectly applied french polish enhances this guitar benefiting looks and sound. Nut width is just over 53 mm and scale length is 650 mm. No repairs or any issues, this guitar is clean and set up great. Comes with a hard shell case.
