1970s Ventura V-200S Lawsuit J-200 Copy!

Great-playing circa 1975 MIJ J-200 Copy. This one is a Ventura brand and is the same as the Ibanez Concord or Alvarez counterparts and is very well-made. Designed in USA, built in Japan according to the label. Spruce top with laminated maple back and sides It's really a nice guitar for less than a grand! The sound is quite nice and it plays really well. The neck is really chunky. The adjustable part of the bridge has been replaced and is not adjustable. It works well and the guitar plays very well.

The guitar is fairly clean but certainly not minty as it has small dings and scratches all over. There is a small screw hole on the bottom that may have been for a strap button but not sure. It's certainly not a collector guitar but for someone who wants a great-sounding vintage acoustic in this price range they will be happy. It was just setup and is a lot of guitar for the money. The guitar comes with a hardshell case that is newer and also the original warranty tag.
