Vigier is a French high-end brand whose endorsers are artists such as Roger Glover (DEEP PURPLE) and Masayoshi Yamashita (LOUDNESS).
This model uses a carbon (graphite) neck without a truss rod and a walnut body.
The neck is not completely through the body, but extends to the middle of the body (in front of the PU). The combination of carbon and wood in the important areas from the bridge to the nut is made to achieve a more natural sound.
The "half-through neck" allows for a bold cutaway, which enhances playability in the high position.
The sound has a unique hardness from the graphite neck and a natural hardness from the walnut, giving the impression of an exquisite combination of tight, penetrating high notes, but not too inorganic.
Even when the guitar is played passively, its character does not change significantly, and its unique texture is maintained, making it possible to create sounds with the same tendency as when it is played actively.
