1963 Vox AC-30/6 Head & Cabinet Fawn, Fair
Here's a 1963 Vox Fawn AC-30/6 Head & Cabinet. This one is rare folks....and sounds incredible! The six stand for its six inputs. Power & Choke Transformers are original, while the Output Transformer has been changed to a 'Comarsh Electronics.' One electrolytic cap is changed, but all else are original, including the rest of the caps & the resistors. Added 3 prong chord, replaced on-off switch, and replaced handle. The head has just been serviced, and is ready to go! Nothing sounds like an early 60s original Vox, and this one takes the cake!!
As for the cabinet, the speakers have been replaced to 2 Celestion 12"Greenbacks...perfect match for the head! The cabinet itself is original to the head.
