Here we have a used, but well cared for, Warrior 5-string bass. This bass was created for the 100th anniversary of the NAMM show in 2001 and it is a special piece. Pristine Translucent Blue finish highlights the beautiful wood grain pattern of the body. The rosewood neck is accented by a select maple fretboard. These wood choices make this bass extremely light (8 lb. 11 oz.) and resonant. Two active Bartolini soapbar pickups provide plenty of tone options that can be utilized in all musical genres. There is a small hole in the pickguard from a prior electronics modification that can be seen in the photos. But it does not take away any of the thump from this piece. It is a serious slap bass machine! It is set up perfectly and all strings ring true and clear. There is a gold medallion embedded between the bridge and pickguard commemorating 100 years of the NAMM convention. This is an excellent bass for any true professional or collector. Comes with gigbag.
