Description

1999 David Webber 14 fret 000 Brazilian rosewood SN. 4106099

This fine guitar from Canadian builder David Webber features solid Brazilian rosewood back and sides paired with a very even and straight grained Engelmann spruce top that is also very well quartered, showing very nice silking/medullary rays throughout. The body is bound in curly koa and the bridge and fret board are ebony. The top is braced with traditional Martin style scalloped X bracing. The scale length is 25 1/2", the nut width is 1 25/32" (1/32" over 1 3/4") and the pin spacing is 2 3/16". The guitar is in exceptionally fine condition, looks virtually unplayed. The guitar has a very balanced voice well suited for finger style play but takes a flat pick well. Currently set up with action that is quite low for finger style play but can be set up to suit on request. Comes with original hard case. A sound file will be posted soon, if you don't see it posted check back in a week or so. $3200
