[Overview]
Custom B by a domestic engineer♭Trumpet. Buck 180 series ML bore valve casing (made in 2015) and extractor tube. Other parts and bell are made by technician. 135mm yellow brass bell. Reverse tuning tube. ml bore. Water key gold plated finish. Valve and index tube are silver-plated satin-finished. All other parts unlacquered. Weight of the instrument: 1438 grams. No case. Body only sold.
[Condition.]
Because this is not a commercially available product but a modification requested by an individual, solder treatment and solder marks are still present. The valve casing and the insertion/removal tube have peeling plating. The inside of the pipe has been cleaned, soft mono has been replaced, and overall maintenance and adjustment has been done.
[Features and Attractions]
This is an individual that has been modified to heavyweight specifications reminiscent of Monette and Taylor. The reason why the back valve casing is used is because the client had it on hand, and there seems to have been no positive intention to use it, but as a result, it contributes to a stable and straightforward piston action. The instrument weighs over 1400 grams, so it is reasonably heavy when held, but the blowing feel is smooth. The response is also agile, with no uneven ringing from top to bottom, and the instrument is well balanced. I was responsible for the design and development of the trumpet.This is a valuable piece that shows the greatness of the skilled engineers who represent Japan.
