All veneer L-8 of the early model
YAMAHA / 1970s L-8
This instrument is an early model among the L-8s sold from 1975 to 1985,
It is equipped with all veneer, ebony fingerboard and bridge.
The position marks from the 5th fret and the square peg knobs are also distinctive.
The specifications were changed at the end of 1979,
Many people may feel special about this early model.
This model has a wonderful clear and bright sound with the dynamic quality typical of the L series. The all-around versatility for both strokes and arpeggios is also a big attraction.

- The neck and wood have been thoroughly inspected by a craftsman specializing in acoustic guitars and no repairs are needed.
- The neck is straight and free of any chattering or sound clogging issues.
- String height on the 12th fret: 2.5mm on the 6th string side, 2.0mm on the 1st string side.
- Saddle protrusion: approx. 2mm-3mm
- There is a crack glued repair on the body back (no reinforcement)
