-Scratches on the pickguard, but no cracks or crack repairs, very clean condition.
- The neck and wood have been thoroughly inspected by an acoustic guitar specialist and no repairs are needed.
- The neck is generally straight and there are no chattering or sound clogging issues of any kind.
- String height on the 12th fret: 3.0mm on the 6th string side, 2.2mm on the 1st string side.
