In 1974, Yamaha introduced the "L-series" lineup, which was geared more toward the luxury end of the market.
The first model was the "L-31".
This model was a luxury sublimation of the FG-2000, which led to the Custom Series released in 1975.
The "L" in the series name stands for "Luxury," and this series consisted of the highest grade models among the three FG/N/L series lined up at that time.
Furthermore, the four models in the L series lineup from 1975 are commonly known as the "Four Heavenly Kings," an ostentatious title, and each of these four models has a distinctive appearance and design that attracts the eye.

The one introduced here is the L-52 CUSTOM made in 1978.
As you can see from the word "CHARLY" on the fingerboard inlay, this particular model was not ordered by a music store, but by a private individual.
The nut width is usually 44mm, but this one has a 42mm nut width. The neck shape is rather thin, so it is easy to play even for small builders.
The consignor seems to have used this guitar for recording and live performances after acquiring it secondhand.
The natural black body with natural relic is very cool and has been used well.

The crisp and crisp maple sound is very crisp, and mixed with a thick bass range, you can imagine that it has a very wide range of uses.
It is easy to understand why John Lennon and Paul Simon fell in love with this sound.

A top-of-the-line acoustic in player's condition.

The consignor has kindly offered it at a greatly reduced price.

Please consider this opportunity.

Original hard case included (one clasp broken).
