Were excited to present you with this pre-owned, near mint condition, custom one-off 2013 Yanuziello Electric Short-Scale Guitar. In ours and many other guitar players and enthusiasts opinions; Luthier Joseph Yanuziello is building and designing some of the finest guitars and world class stringed instruments ever available. Joseph Yanuziello is a Toronto native and highly in demand Luthier, who found a love for building fully handmade stringed instruments in the late 70's. Always passionate about the arts and woodworking. Joe got his start like many other world class Luthiers do, building high-end cabinets and other types of furniture. He built his first guitar in 1979 and has been pushing the limits of guitar design ever since. The Electric by Yanuziello is a fully hollow body, bolt on neck design that is as addicting to play, as it is to marvel at its beauty. Nearly all the parts on these guitars are hand fabricated by Joseph in his Toronto workshop from the bridge to the tailpiece and even the pickup covers. Joe uses many exotic and native woods, as well as rare materials. Each Yanuziello built is a highly functional work of art, in its finest form; a musical instrument. What better type of art than a musical instrument/guitar? You can feel, hear, play, create and express yourself in your own artistic fashion, finding own voice with a guitar; unlike any other art form. It is truly something special when you find a piece like this, that takes you in a new direction and inspires you to step outside your comfort zone. Ease of play-ability is a given with a Yanuziello, as is impeccable tone. The pickups in this guitar are handwound Hershey Bar style Single-Coils designed by Joseph and wound by Lindy Fralin. They are responsive and extremely lively. Every little nuance of your playing can be heard with great sonic-clarity and sparkle. They are reminiscent of a Gold-Foil, but with a haunting, ethereal tone, that lets the player and audience hear the truest sound of this incredibly painstakingly built instrument. It's a guitar that must be experienced to be believed and when you do, we are sure you will be as hooked as we are. Joseph's Electric design, typically has a 24 3/4" scale neck. However one of his other very popular models is the travel sized Cupcake Guitar. The "Cupcake", like this custom 1-off "Electric" features a 22 1/2" scale neck. While the Cupcake and this Electric may seem like travel sized guitars, they are both world class instruments, that can do it all. More like a professional guitar for every imaginable musical situation possible, from performance, to practice, and of course recording.
