very early 69, all 68 features, one piece neck and one piece body, one owner, he did have the guitar restored, perfect black finish, refret with slightly higher fret wire, but not jumbo size, rare guitar
An extremely clean local one owner Goldtop. The guitar displays very little playwear with no greening and very little to no checking over the whole guitar. A very early 1969 model with one piece neck and body, pot dates of 1376901 and 1376902, No Volute or Made IN USA stamp, and dual P-90 pickups. Other than a metal jack plate that the original owner put on many years ago after the original...

The Gibson Les Paul Deluxe appeared in 1969 as a version of the Les Paul Standard gold top. Initially, it had a pair of mini-humbuckers and the gold top. The mini-humbuckers use the same cavity as the P-90 pickup, and in fact are mounted in modified P-90 covers.
By the mid 1970's, full size humbuckers were available, but these are not common. In 1971, other finishes including natural,...
1972 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe. Introduced in 1969, the Deluxe model replaced the Les Paul Standard. This model was in circulation from 1969-1985. The Les Paul Deluxe deluxe features mini humbuckers to give it that classic snarl. This guitar also features the classic 1970s pancake body and the desirable goldtop finish!
This is a solid case- it was the original case for a 1969 Les Paul Custom which the customer wanted without the case. All the latches work, the middle latch is a little lose when down, all the hinges are solid and work great, none appear to be sprung. The handle was gone when we got the guitar, but we have something similar that looks like it would retro fit, and it's included. All the little...
The Gibson Les Paul Standard has seen many variations, and between 1969 and 1976, it wasn't a regular Gibson catalog item at all.
Here we see a Gibson Les Paul Standard example from 1980, bearing a natural finish and built in Gibson's Nashville plant. It is in good, original playing condition and has recently had a fret dress. As with all Les Paul Standards, the body is built with a maple top...

Here's a farily rare guitar, the Gibson ES-325. This guitar was built between 1972 and 1978 and is a very clean example of Gibson's Norlin era production; Norlin was Gibson's parent between 1969 and 1986.
Using the same general type of construction as the ES-335 - a laminate body with a center block - the ES-325 also exhibits a number of differences. The block is shorter, as in the new...

One of the Very Last Of the LesPaul/SG Specials.
One of the very last Les Paul Special's with a 'slab' Honduras mahogany body. This amazing guitar weighs 8.40 lbs., and has a one-piece mahogany neck with a typical early sixties thin profile. Brazilian rosewood fretboard with pearl dot position markers. Two P-90 pickups with outputs of 6.33k and 8.40k. Five-layer...

First of all there aren't many of those still alive, on top of that, finding one in such a good state with all the electronics working perfectly is close to impossible. But we did it !
What you get is a wide range of 60's Surf-Rock sounds and a great playability (after our luthier set it up).

Here is a superb Gibson Les Paul Historic VOS from 2006. This Les Paul is in excellent condition and has beautiful flame top. The guitar is all original, weights 8 lbs 13oz, sounds great and comes with all the papers and the original case.
This guitar has a Flame Maple Top, and ABR-1 bridge and Nickel hardware. It has been upgraded with Seymour Duncan '59 Neck and Bridge pickups so it sounds like Les Paul should. It has a slim, fast '60's neck. The pick guard and truss rod cover have been replaced with plain items to give the guitar a more vintage look. The AA Flame maple top is very 3-D and goes from mild to wild depending on...
